YELLOW PAGES BUILDING
The Yellow Pages building is one of three major office buildings in Willingdon Park in which MDM built the concrete structure for the owner. If this building had not been completed on schedule the negative economic consequences to the owner would have been catastrophic due to lease requirements. Therefore, MDM’s crews worked feverishly, pouring concrete at a rate of 100 cubic meters per day for seven months to complete the job one day ahead of schedule even though the contract had been increased by 25% with additional work.
