MDM Construction

This luxury condominium complex comprising six buildings were designed and built using Canadian construction techniques resulting in a project much higher quality than those surrounding it. As a result it sold for very high prices, although others built at the tail end of the boom, did not sell at all. The structural design was done in Canada and all forming equipment, construction materials were purchased in Canada and shipped to Taiwan. The construction of the building was a successful example of coordination between construction experts from different cultural and professional backgrounds.
