This building, designed and built by MDM, received the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board Award of Excellence for Industrial Buildings. Its floor area of 44,000 sq. ft. was designed for multi-tenant use, combining deluxe office space with high-quality, convenient industrial space. As a pacesetter it achieved the highest lease rate in the area and many other developers have since mimicked its architectural features.
